I am a trained physiotherapist and therapist with over 35 years of clinical experience gained in Poland, the United Kingdom, Norway. I integrate physiotherapy, connective tissue, and different manual therapy techniques with a wide range of massage techniques into one coherent, practical, and innovative system.

My background includes, among others: deep tissue massage, manual therapy, dry needling. All of this knowledge has been integrated into a single system based on real clinical practice.
