• TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TRAINING COURSE

    §1. General Provisions

    §1.1 - These Terms and Conditions define the rules for participation in training courses organized by Fysiomas under the name Pain Relief Technique (PRT).

    §1.2 - The training courses are intended for physiotherapists, osteopaths, manual therapists, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals working with patients.

    §1.3 - The Organizer reserves the right to verify participants’ qualifications before granting access to the training.

    §2. Training Structure

    §2.1 - The Pain Relief Technique (PRT) program consists of the following four modules:

    -Upper Limb

    -Lower Back

    -Headache

    -Lower Limb

    §2.2 - Each module is a standalone one-day training course and may be purchased and completed independently of the others.

    §2.3 - Participants may also enroll in the complete Pain Relief Technique (PRT) course covering all four modules.

    The complete course is conducted over four days.

    §2.4 - Completion of one module is not a prerequisite for participation in any other module or in the complete course.

    §2.5 - The Organizer reserves the right to change the order of the modules while maintaining the full educational content of the program.

    §3. Registration and Payment

    §3.1 - Registration is completed through the registration form or another method specified by the Organizer.

    §3.2 - A place in the training is reserved upon receipt of full payment or a deposit specified by the Organizer.

    §3.3 - Training fees:

    Single one-day module – according to the current price list.

    Complete four-day PRT course – according to the current price list.

    An invoice will be issued upon the participant’s request.

    §4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    §4.1 - Cancellation submitted:

    More than 30 days before the training start date – 100% refund.

    Between 29 and 14 days before the training start date – 50% refund.

    Less than 14 days before the training start date – no refund.

    §4.2 = A participant may transfer their place to another eligible person after notifying the Organizer in advance.

    §4.3 - The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the training due to circumstances beyond its control or if the minimum number of participants is not reached.

    §4.4 - If the Organizer cancels the training, including due to insufficient registrations, participants are entitled to a 100% refund within 14 days from the date of notification.

    §4.5 - Instead of a refund, the participant may agree to transfer the payment to another training date organized by Fysiomas.

    §5. Participation in the Training

    §5.1 = Participants are required to attend the training punctually.

    §5.2 - The training includes practical sessions involving the application of therapeutic techniques on fellow participants.

    §5.3 - Participants are required to inform the Organizer of any medical conditions or contraindications that may limit their participation in the practical sessions.

    §5.4 - The Organizer is not responsible for any consequences resulting from a participant withholding information regarding their health condition.

    §5.5 - The scheduled start and end times of the training are approximate and may be adjusted depending on the number of participants, group dynamics, number of questions asked, scope of practical sessions, and progress in completing the training program.

    §5.6 - The Organizer reserves the right to reasonably extend or shorten the duration of the training when necessary to ensure proper educational quality, effective knowledge transfer, or full completion of the training program.

    §5.7 - Any extension of the training duration shall not give rise to financial claims by participants. Likewise, an earlier completion resulting from the full realization of the program shall not affect the validity of the training, the scope of the material delivered, fulfillment of course requirements, or eligibility to receive a certificate.

    §5.8 - The Organizer will make every reasonable effort to ensure that participants have sufficient opportunity to acquire the knowledge and practical skills covered by the training program.

    §6. Training Materials and Certificates

    §6.1 - Each participant will receive training materials in a format determined by the Organizer.

    §6.2 - Upon completion of an individual module, the participant will receive a Certificate of Participation for that module.

    §6.3 - Upon completion of the full Pain Relief Technique (PRT) course, the participant will receive a Certificate of

    §6.4 - Completion covering all four modules.

    §6.5 - Certificates are issued only to participants who attend at least 90% of the training duration.

    §7. Intellectual Property Rights

    §7.1 - All training materials, presentations, photographs, documents, and content provided during the training are the intellectual property of the Organizer.

    §7.2 - Participants are prohibited from copying, recording, reproducing, distributing, or using any training materials for commercial purposes without the Organizer’s prior written consent.

    §8. Image Rights

    §8.1 - The Organizer may take photographs and video recordings during the training for documentation and promotional purposes.

    §8.2 - Participants who do not consent to the use of their image must inform the Organizer before the start of the training.

    §9. Liability

    §9.1 - The training is conducted in accordance with current professional knowledge and accepted professional standards.

    §9.2 - Participation in the training does not authorize participants to perform medical procedures or any activities requiring separate qualifications, licenses, or authorizations under applicable law.

    §9.3 - Participants bear full responsibility for how they apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the training in their professional practice.

    §10. Additional Practical Day – “Healing Ourselves”

    §10.1 - Participants who have completed the full Pain Relief Technique (PRT) course covering all four modules may participate in an additional practical day entitled “Healing Ourselves”.

    §10.2 - The purpose of this practical day is to further develop therapeutic skills by working on real health-related issues presented by participants and individuals invited by them.

    §10.3 - Participants may invite a family member, friend, or patient, provided that the Organizer is informed in advance and the invited person accepts these Terms and Conditions.

    §10.4 - Invited individuals participate voluntarily and at their own risk. The participant is solely responsible for determining whether the invited individual is suitable for participation, including assessing indications, contraindications, and any health-related limitations that may affect safety.

    §10.5 - The Organizer does not perform medical screening of invited individuals and accepts no responsibility for any health consequences arising from their participation.

    §10.6 - Participants must obtain informed consent from invited individuals before any practical techniques are performed.

    §10.7 - The “Healing Ourselves” practical day is educational in nature and does not constitute healthcare services, medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment within the meaning of applicable laws.

    §10.8 - The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual whose health condition may pose a risk to themselves or others.

    §11. Final Provisions

    §11.1 - The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

    §11.2 - The current version of the Terms and Conditions is available on the Organizer’s website.

    §11.3 - Registration for the training constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    §11.4 - Any matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the laws applicable in the country where the Organizer is registered.

    §11.5 - Any disputes arising from participation in the training shall be governed by Norwegian law and submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of Fysiomas.
