Shoulder mobility limitations: SLAP and Bankart lesions: Injuries to the internal structures of the shoulder joint, often due to trauma or overuse. Tennis/golfer’s elbow: Overuse conditions affecting the elbow area, causing pain with certain movements and limiting joint mobility.
de Quervain’s disease: Inflammation of the tendons on the thumb side of the wrist, causing pain during gripping or thumb movement.
Trigger fingers: A condition where fingers catch or lock when bent, causing a snapping sensation.
Carpal tunnel syndrome: Compression of the median nerve in the wrist, leading to numbness, tingling, and weakness in the hand.
